| 骨微损伤作为骨质疏松性骨折的早期显微结构改变，骨微损伤能启动骨重建，当骨重建障碍而导致微损伤积累可引发骨折。从中医药着手，查阅中医药与微损伤相关的研究，提出中药可能通过发挥雌激素样作用减少微损伤产生的观点。从骨微损伤的发生机制、骨超微结构与材料特性对微损伤的发展、中医药与骨微损伤关系的研究等方面作一综述，以期能为日后中医药预防骨质疏松性骨折的研究做一有益参考。 |

| Bone micro-damage, the micro-structural change at the early stage of osteoporotic fractures, can initiate bone modeling. But the fail of bone modeling can lead to the accumulation of micro-damage, resulting in subsequent fractures.From the aspect of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM) , reports of TCM and bone micro-damage has been retrieved.TCM may play an estrogen-like effect on reducing bone micro-damage.This article reviewes the mechanism of bone micro-damage, the ultra-structure and material properties of bone constituents on bone micro-damage accumulation, and the research in the relationship between bone micro-dmage and TCM, hoping to make a useful reference for future research of the effect of TCM on preventing osteoporotic fractures. |
