      目的探讨应用伊班磷酸钠对预防老年女性骨质疏松性骨折发生的作用。方法采用随机对照研究。将58例老年女 性骨质疏松患者随机分为试验组(n = 30)和对照组(n =28)。试验组:应用伊班磷酸钠注射液2 mg静脉点滴.连续两天.每3 个月1次,随访1年。所有受试者均每日服用钙尔奇D 600 mg。对照组仅服用相同剂量的钙尔奇D。观察两组患者治疗前后 腰椎骨密度(BMD)、骨代谢生化指标、平衡能力、疼痛症状以及跌倒和骨折发生率的情况。结果与干预前相比,两组患者的 腰椎BMD均有显著上升、骨生化代谢指标发生变化,骨痛症状均有明显缓解,但是试验组的变化更为明显(与对照组相比.尸 <0. 05);用药干预后患者跌倒次数以及骨折发生率均低于对照组。用药干预后患者的平衡能力较前明显增强(P <0.05), 而对照组无显著变化。结论伊班磷酸钠干预是降低老年女性骨质疏松性骨折发生的有效措施。

      Objective To investigate the effect of ibandronate on the prevention of osteoporotic fractures in elderly women. Methods A randomized controlled study was performed. A total of 58 elderly women with osteoporosis were randomly divided into the experimental group (n =30) and the control group (n =28). With an oral medication of 600mg Caltrate D, subjects in the experimental group were given an intravenous injection of 2mg ibandronate for 2 days, once every 3 months. And the follow-up lasted for 1 year. The subjects in control group took an oral medication of 600mg Caltrate D only. Bone mineral density (BMD), the bone metabolic indexes, body balance capability, pain scale, fall, and the occurrence of fractures were observed in two groups before and after the treatment. Results Compared with that before the treatment, BMD of the lumbar vertebrae in two groups increased significantly, the bone metabolic indexes changed, and the pain relieved in both groups after the treatment. The change in experimental group was more significant than that in control group (P <0. 05). After the drug intervention, the fall and the occurrence of fractures were lower in the experimental group compared with those in control group (P <0. 05). The balance capability of patients in the experimental group also improved than that before the treatment (P <0.05), while no significant difference was observed in control group. Conclusion The intervention with ibandronate is safe and effective for the prevention of postmenopausal osteoporotic fractures.
