| The inhibition or weakening of osteogenic differentiation is one of the important factors of osteoporosis. The in-depth researches of bone metabolism^elated microRNA (miRNA) reveal a close relationship between the expression of miRNA and osteogenic differentiation. This paper elaborates the research status of osteogenic differentiation regulated by miRNA and its mechanisms,aiming at providing a theoretical basis for the pathogenesis and treatment of osteoporosis |
