| 目的：运用益肾健脾法中药干预老年髋部骨折术后，观察其对骨代谢及骨密度等临床指标的影响。方法符合纳入标准的40例病例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各20例。治疗组根据临床辨证，运用益肾健脾法给予中药口服，每日1剂，早晚分服；对照组不予干预，2月后复诊。术前和术后2月对比观察Ca、P、ALP、ACP、PTH、BGP、CT及骨密度指标，两次所得数据进行统计分析。结果最终资料收集完善的18例病例，治疗组8例，对照组10例。术前两组各项指标差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05），术后两组Ca、ALP、ACP、PTH、BGP、CT差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），术后P及骨密度两组差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论老年髋部骨折术后运用益肾健脾法进行中药干预，可以改善部分骨代谢指标。 |

| Objective To apply the invigorating the kidney and tonifying the spleen recipes in the postoperative treatment for hip fractures in senile patients, and to observe its effect on bone mineral density ( BMD) and bone metabolism markers.Methods Forty paitents consistent with the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and each group had 20 patients.After clinical syndrome differentiation, patients in the experimental were treated with oral medication of traditional Chinese medicine according to invigorating the kidney and tonifying the spleen recipes, 1 dose daily taken in the morning and the evening separately.Patients in the control group received no intervention.The serum levels of Ca, P, ACP, ACP, PTH, BGP, and CT were detected before the operation and 2 months after the operation.BMD was also detected.The results before and after the treatment were analyzed statistically.Results The complete data of 18 paitents were collected at the end of the treatment, including 8 patients in the treatment group and 10 patients in the control group.No significant difference of indexes between the 2 groups before the operation was observed (P>0.05).However, after the operation, the serum levels of Ca, ALP, ACP, PTH, BGP, and CT between the 2 groups showed significant difference (P<0.05), while the serum level of phosphorus and BMD showed no significant difference between the two groups ( P>0.05 ) .Conclusion In the postoperative treatment of hip fracture patients in senile patients, the application of invigorating the kidney and tonifying the spleen recipes can improve some bone metabolism markers. |
