| 骨质疏松症是一种多因素导致的全身代谢性骨骼疾病。中医学认为，肾虚是本病的主要病因。补肾方药通过影响骨质疏松症相关信号的转导，维持骨重建平衡，改善骨的内部结构，从而达到防治骨质疏松的目的。笔者就近年来补肾方药影响骨质疏松症相关信号转导通路的相关文献作一综述，以期为骨质疏松的进一步深入研究提供依据。 |

| Osteoporosis is a systemic metabolic bone disease caused by multiple factors.TCM indicates that kidney deficiency is the main cause of this disease.Kidney-tonifying herbs maintain the balance of bone reconstruction and improve the internal structure of bone through affecting osteoporosis-related signal transduction pathways, thus achieving the purpose of preventing and treating osteoporosis. This article summarizes the relevant literatures that kidney-tonifying herbs affect osteoporosis-related signal transduction pathways in recent years, in order to provide basis for further in-depth study of osteoporosis. |
