      黄酮类化合物广泛存在于自然界中,具有多方面的生理和药理活性。近年来,黄酮类化合物在骨质疏松方面的研究日 益增多,并取得了一定进展,其部分作用机制巳阐明,临床应用也得到认可。本文通过查阅国内外相关文献,对黄酮类化合物 抗骨质疏松作用的基础与临床最新研究进展进行综述,为黄酮类化合物在骨骼肌肉领域的进一步研究和开发利用提供参考。 植物黄酮是一类天然化合物,其作用机制可针对参与骨代谢的成骨细胞和破骨细胞多途径和多靶点进行调节骨的平衡,作用 机制独特,临床上的观察也进一步证明了植物黄酮可有效防治骨质疏松。
英文摘要:
      Flavonoids are widely distributed in nature,with a wide range of physiological and pharmacological activity. In recent years,the researches on the mechanism and application of flavonoids in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis have increased significantly. Some progress has been achieved. Part of the mechanism has been elucidated. And its application in clinical work has also been recognized. By referring to domestic and foreign literatures,this paper summarizes the research progress of flavonoids in the treatment of osteoporosis,which provides a basis for further research and exploitation of flavonoid compounds in bone and skeletal muscle field. The unique mechanism of plant flavonoids may lay in regulating bone balance by affecting multiple signaling pathways of osteoblasts and osteoclasts in bone metabolism. The clinical observation further confirms the effect of plant flavonoids on the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. With low toxicity,less adverse effect,low price,and wide use,plant flavonoids have very high value as drugs. Simultaneously,some plant flavonoids are also potent in promoting osteoblast activity.
