      血瘀与骨质疏松关系密切。血瘀证病理变化的现代物质基础研究是当今研究的一个热点。研究表明血管内皮相关因子与血瘀的形成关系密切,雌激素通过促进NO、PGI2等血管舒张活性因子的表达,抑制ET、Ang Ⅱ、TXA2等血管收缩因子表达而对血瘀证病理变化有一定影响。雌激素可能通过改善血瘀而影响骨质疏松的发生。
英文摘要:
      Blood stasis is closely related to osteoporosis. The modern material and basic research of the pathological changes of blood stasis syndrome is a hot topic today. Studies have shown that the formation of blood stasis is closely related to the vascular endothelial-associated factors. Estrogen can affect the pathological changes of blood stasis syndrome by promoting the expression of vasodilation activity factors such as NO and PGI2, and inhibiting the expression of vascular contraction factors such as ET, Ang II, and TXA2. Estrogen may affected the occurrence of osteoporosis by improving blood stasis.
