| 目的 探讨狗脊提取物对去势大鼠的抗骨质疏松作用。方法 选择3个月龄雌性SD大鼠72只，随机分为对照组和5个去势组:单纯去势组;雌激素组(25μg /kg?d);狗脊提取物低剂量组，中剂量组，高剂量组（100，300，500 mg/kg?d)。去势后4周开始应用狗脊提取物和雌激素治疗，16周后将大鼠处死，测量骨量、骨转换和骨强度指标、生化指标和三点弯曲试验，同时行Micro-CT检查评价骨小梁结构。结果 狗脊提取物可以降低大鼠去势引起的股骨骨量丢失，在骨重建过程中骨转换指标如骨钙素（OC)，碱性磷酸酶(ALP)，脱氧吡啶啉(DPD)降低，尿钙、磷排泄减少。狗脊提取物也可以提高骨强度，防止骨小梁微结构恶化。结论 狗脊提取物可能是绝经后骨质疏松症预防和治疗的一个潜在替代药。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of Cibotiumbarometz extract (CBE) on ovariectomy -induced osteoporosis in rats. Methods A total of 72 3-nonth female Sprague-Dawley rats were selected and randomly divided into sham-operated group and five ovariectomized (OVX) groups: OVX with vehicle (OVX); OVX with 17α-ethinylestradiol (E2，25μg /kg? d); OVX with CBE of graded doses (100，300，and 500 mg/kg?d). Daily oral administration of CBE or E2 began at the 4th week after the surgery and lasted for 16 weeks. After the execution，the bone mass，bone turnover，and bone strength were analyzed using DXA. The biochemical markers were detected. And three-point bending test was also performed. The microarchitecture of the trabecular bone was evaluated using micro-CT. Results CBE prevented the decrease of total BMD in the femur induced by OVX，which was accompanied by a significant decrease in skeletal remodeling，shown as the decreased levels of the bone turnover markers， including osteocalcin (OC)，alkaline phosphatese (ALP)，deoxypyridinoline (DPD)，and the excretion of urinary Ca and P. The treatment could also improve the bone strength and prevent the deterioration of trabecular microarchitecture. Conclusion Cibotiumbarometz extract may be a potential alternative drug for the prevention and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis. |
