| 目的 观察中西医结合治疗骨质疏松并内伤性腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 对我院宋氏正骨科住院就诊的142例患者给予中西医结合治疗8个月后观察疗效。结果142例患者经系统治疗后，随访中显效130例，有效8例，无效4例。总有效率为97.18%。结论 中西医结合治疗骨质疏松并内伤性腰椎间盘突出症经济、安全、临床疗效显著并且无明显的毒副作用，值得临床推广。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis with traumatic lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 142 patients，who were treated in the Song’ s Department of Orthopedics in our hospital，were selected. After 8-month treatment with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine，the clinical efficacy in all the patients was observed. Results All these 142 patients received systematic treatment. The results of follow-up revealed that 130 patients showed markedly effective，8 were effective，but 4 were invalid. The total effective rate was 97. 18%. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis with traumatic lumbar disc herniation is obvious and has no obvious toxic and side effect. It is also economic and safe，and worthy of wide promotion. |
