| 目的：观察改良五禽戏配合穴位敷贴治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2013年在我院行保守治疗的骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者80例，给予改良五禽戏配合穴位敷贴治疗，分别在治疗前和治疗6个月后测量患者腰椎骨密度及腰背部疼痛评分。结果治疗6个月后，患者的腰椎骨密度及疼痛评分较治疗前均有明显改善（ P＜0．05）。结论改良五禽戏配合穴位敷贴是治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折一种有效的方法。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Five-bird game and the point adhesion in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fractures.Methods Eighty patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures, who were conservatively treated with modified five-bird game and the point adhesion in our hospital in 2013, were selected.The bone mineral density (BMD) of the lumbar vertebrae was detected before the treatment and 6 months after the treatment.The lumbar back pain score was also recorded. Results After 6-month treatment, BMD of the lumbar vertebrae and the lumbar back pain score changed significantly compared with those before the treatment ( P<0.05) .Conclusion Modified five-bird game and the point adhesion are effective methods in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fractures. |
