Objective To observe the adverse reaction of zoledronic acid, Aclasta, in the treatment of primary osteoporosis, and to compare the effect of different preventive medications.Methods A total of 280 patients with primary osteoporosis were selected.The enrolled patients were divided into 4 subgroups according to the preventive medication ( Dexamethasone, Loxonin, Tylenol, or no preventive medication) .The general condition and adverse reactions of all the patients were observed and analyzed. Results The main adverse reaction was fever, myosalgia, sever ostalgia, or cardiac arrhythmia.And the incidence of adverse reactions in 180 patients with preventive medications was much lower than that in 100 patients with no preventive medication.No patients had erythra or liver and kidney function damage.Conclusion The main adverse reactions of Aclasta were influenza-like symptoms, including fever and myosalgia.The preventive medication can significantly reduce the influenza-like symptoms, while it has no different effect on cardiac arrhythmia and the adverse reaction of the eye.There is no significant difference of the adverse reactions among the three subgroups with preventive medications. |
