| 骨质疏松是以骨量下降，骨折风险增加为特征的骨代谢性疾病，现已成为世界性公共卫生问题。随着认识的深入，除钙、维生素D以外的越来越多的营养物质在骨质疏松的预防和治疗的作用已经被研究。镁是人体含量第四的矿物质，其广泛参与细胞生命活动，也是骨组织的重要成分。流行病研究调查发现镁缺乏是骨质疏松的危险因素之一。本文将对骨质疏松患者体内镁缺乏状态，缺镁导致骨质疏松的机制及补镁对于骨质疏松的影响进行综述。 |

| Osteoporosis is a bone metabolic disease characterized by decreased bone mass and susceptibility to fractures.It has become a worldwide public health problem.With a further understanding of this disease, more and more nutrient, besides calcium and vitamin D, are taken into consideration in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.Magnesium is the 4 th most abundant mineral in the human body, and it is essential for maintaining physiological function of the cells and is an important part of the bone. Epidemiologic studies have demonstrated that magnesium deficiency is a risk factor for osteoporosis.This paper reviews the magnesium status in osteoporosis patients, the possible mechanisms for magnesium deficiency-induced osteoporosis, and the effect of magnesium supplement on osteoporosis. |
