| 目的 观察金天格胶囊联合密盖息在治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折（Osteoporotic Vertebra Compressive Fracture，OVCF )的临床疗效。方法 通过随机对照试验设计将200例OVCF患者随机分为治疗组和对照组两组，治疗组100例接受金天格胶囊、密盖息联合治疗;对照组100例单纯使用密盖息治疗，观察治疗有效率、VAS评分及右股骨中1/3处骨密度（bone density，BMD)值变化情况。结果 治疗3个月后，治疗组患者治疗有效率、VAS评分及右股骨中1/3处丽D值显著优于对照组同期结果(P <0. 05)。结论 金天格胶囊联合密盖息对OVCF具有良好疗效。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jintiange capsule plus Miacalcic in the treatment of Osteoporotic vertebra compressive fractures (OVCF). Methods Two hundred OVCF patients were divided into two groups randomly. One hundred patients in the treatment group received the treatment of Jintiange capsule plus Miacalcic. One hundred patients in the control group received Miacalcic only. The treatment efficacy，VAS score，and BMD of the middle one-third of the right femurs were observed. Results After 3 month of the treatment，the efficacy，VAS score，and BMD of the middle one-third of the right femurs in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group in the same period (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Jintiange capsule plus Miacalcic has better therapeutic efficacy on OVCF. |
