| 目的：探讨绝经后女性2型糖尿病患者血尿酸水平与骨密度的关系。方法根据血尿酸水平将患者分为正常组、低尿酸组和高尿酸组，比较3组患者间骨密度差异。应用Pearson相关分析检验患者尿酸与骨密度的相关性。结果3组间年龄、糖尿病病程、体重指数等无统计学差异，组间脊柱骨密度具有显著性差异。相关分析显示血尿酸水平与脊柱骨密度显著相关。结论观察血尿酸水平有利于绝经后女性2型糖尿病患者骨质疏松症的预防和筛查。 |

| Objective To explore the association between uric acid ( UA) and bone mineral density in postmenopausal women with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods The patients were divided into normal UA group, high UA group, and low UA group according to the level of UA.The difference of bone mineral density among the three groups was compared.The association between UA and bone mineral density was analyzed using Pearson method.Results There was no significant difference of age, duration of diabetes, and body among the 3 groups.Bone mineral density of the spine was significantly different among the 3 groups.The correlation analysis showed that UA level was positively and significantly associated with bone mineral density of the spine.Conclusion Observation of UA level of postmenopausal women with type 2 diabetes is benefitial in preventiion and screening of osteoporosis. |
