| 高血压和骨质疏松是与年龄相关的老年人群常见共发病，两者具有一定的共同病因。高血压能够使患者的骨密度降低，从而增加患者骨质疏松性骨折的风险，β受体阻滞剂是高血压治疗常用药物之一。近年来研究表明β受体阻滞剂能够提高老年高血压患者的骨密度，从而降低老年高血压患者骨质疏松性骨折发病风险。本文从骨质疏松和骨质疏松性骨折流行病学、高血压增加骨质疏松骨折风险及β受体阻滞剂通过影响骨代谢降低骨质疏松骨折风险等方面作一综述。 |

| Hypertension and osteoporosis are of high incidence and often coexist in the aging population that shares a similar etiopathology.High blood pressure can reduce the bone mineral density (BMD) in hypertension patients, resulting in increase of the osteoporotic fracture risk.β-Adrenergic receptor blocker ( BB) is one of the most used drugs to treat hypertension.Recent studies indicate that BB can improve BMD in hypertension patient, therefore reduce the risk of osteoporotic fracture.This article reviews the factors that influence the risk of osteoporotic fracture from epidemiology of osteoporosis and osteoporotic fracture, high blood pressure, and bone metabolic change due to BB in hypertension patients. |
