| 目的观察金天格胶囊(JTG)治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取骨科门诊膝关节骨性关节炎患者90 例，随机分为3组，每组患者30例，1组为口服金天格胶囊（JTG)治疗组既中药组，2组为口服非甾体类抗炎镇痛药物 (NSAID)醋氯芬酸片治疗组既西药组，3组为口服金天格胶囊联合醋氯芬酸片（JN)治疗组既中西药组。每组均治疗1个月后 停药，分别对治疗前、治疗中及治疗后进行临床疗效统计及治疗前后主要临床症状体征改善率比较。结果中西药组 Lequesne指数的改善情况及治疗有效率明显优于其他两组，比较差异有统计学意义（P <0.05);中药组与西药组差异没有统 计学意义(P >0. 05)。结论单独应用金天格胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎疗效与非甾体类抗炎药物相当;金天格胶囊联合非甾体类 抗炎药治疗膝骨关节炎可有效缓解临床症状，临床疗效优于单独应用非甾体抗炎药物，且具有起效快、作用持久、不增加副作 用的优点。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jintiange capsule (JTG) for the treatment of osteoarthritis (OA). Methods Ninety patients with OA were selected from the orthopedic clinic and divided into 3 groups randomly ’ each group had 30 patients. Patients in group 1 received JTG therapy， group 2 received the therapy of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID) ’ and group 3 received JTG and NSAID (JN). Each group received 1 -month treatment before withdrawal. The clinical efficacy was analyzed prior，during’ and post treatment statistically，and the improvement rate of main clinical symptom was compared before and after the treatment. Results The change of Lequesne index and the improvement rate of clinical symptom were significantly better in JN group than in other 2 groups (P <0. 05). There was no significant difference between JIG group and NSAID group ( P > 0. 05). Conclusion JTG shows similar effect as NSAID on improving the clinical symptom of OA. However， the combination of JTG and NSAID can relieve the clinical symptom of OA efficiently， and its clinical efficacy is superior to NSAID use alone. It has the advantage of rapid reaction，long-term effect，and no increase of the side effects. |
