炎症相关骨质疏松症是指炎症特别是系统性炎症引起的骨量减少、骨质破坏。近期的研究发现多种炎性疾病与骨质疏 松症相关,炎症引起骨质疏松的发病涉及环氧化酶-2(COX-2)、白细胞介素、肿瘤坏死因子a(TNF-alpha)、RANKL/RANK/ OPG系统、C反应蛋白、一氧化氮(nitric oxide)、端粒酶等,发病机制的研究促进了 denosumab等骨质疏松新药的研发。 |

Inflammation-induced osteoporosis refers to osteopenia and bone destruction caused by inflammation especially systemic inflammation. Recent research indicates that multiple inflammatory diseases are related to osteoporosis. The pathogenesis of inflammation-induced osteoporosis involves TNF-alpha, interleukins, RANKL \ RANK \ OPG pathway, etc. Research of the pathogenesis helps to develop new anti-osteoporosis drug such as denosumab. |
