| 目的 探讨2点Dixon技术定量鼠骨质疏松(OP)模型骨髓脂肪含量的可行性。方法 18只12周龄雌性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组(SHAM)及去卵巢组（OVX)，每组9只。分别在基线、6、12周行2点Dixon水-脂分离成像及骨密度（BMD)扫描，获取骨髓脂肪分数(FF)及BMD。第12周末行骨髓脂肪细胞定量分析。结果 OVX组FF呈时序性增高而BMD呈时序性降低。第6、12周时，OVX组FF较基线时分别增高40.0%、69.4%( P均<0.001)。第6周始组间FF有显著性差异，而组 间BMD至第12周时才有统计学差异(P均<0.001)。OVX组骨髓脂肪细胞密度、直径及面积百分比较SHAM组分别增高 57. 3%、29. 5%、163% (P均<0. 001 )。结论 OP骨受损伴随骨髓脂肪组织增多，2点Dixon MRI成像可动态定量骨髓脂肪含量。 |

| Objective To explore the feasibility of two-point Dixon water-fat separation method in the assessment of marrow adiposity in estrogen-deficient rats. Methods Nineteen 12-week-old female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham- operated (SHAM，n = 9) and ovariectomized (OVX，n = 9) group. Marrow fat fraction (FF) and bone mineral density (BMD) were measured at 0，6，and 12 weeks. At the end of the experiment，marrow adipocytes were quantitatively evaluated. Results FF increased，but BMD decreased in OVX rats over time. FF increased in OVX group by 40.0% at week 6 and by 69.4% at week 12，respectively，compared to the baseline (P <0.001). Compared with SHAM rats，FF in OVX rats was markedly elevated at week 6 but a reduction in BMD first detected at week 12 (P <0. 001). The OVX rats had substantially higher adipocyte density (by 57. 3%)，size (by 29. 5%)，and volume (by 163% ) than SHAM rats. Conclusion OP is characterized by marrow adipogenesis as well as bone loss. Two-point Dixon water-fat separation may dynamically quantify marrow fat content. |
