      目的研究探讨男性酒精性股骨头坏死患者骨密度及血清25羟维生素D水平。方法选取2010年1月至2014年8 月在我院住院治疗的酒精性股骨头坏死男性患者20例为研究组1,年龄27 - 47岁,平均35 ±6岁;选取同期我院门诊、病房及 体检中心接诊的有大量饮酒史但无股骨头坏死病史的男性患者20例为研究组2,年龄23 -48岁,平均36±8岁;选取同期我 院门诊、病房及体检中心接诊的无饮酒史、无股骨头坏死的青中年男性患者20例为对照组,年龄24 -48岁,平均36 ±7岁。 收集身高、体重、BMI等一般资料,采用双能X线骨密度测量仪对所有患者进行腰椎(H)和左侧髋部(包括Neck、Troch、 Ward’s三角区)骨密度测量,测定所有患者空腹血谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、肌酐(CRE)、尿素氮(BUN)及血清 25羟维生素D等生化指标,比较各组骨密度及血清25羟维生素D水平差异性。结果各组间骨密度及血清25羟维生素D 水平方差分析结果均有统计学差异(P <0. 05),进一步组间两两比较显示饮酒者的骨密度及血清25羟维生素D水平均低于 未饮酒者(P <0. 05),且酒精性股骨头坏死患者的骨密度及血清25羟维生素D水平均低于有饮酒史但无股骨头坏死患者(P <0. 05)。结论大量饮酒可以引起骨密度减低和维生素D缺乏,且骨密度减低和维生素D缺乏都是酒精性股骨头坏死的危 险因素。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the bone mineral density (BMD) and 25 (OH) VD level in male patients with alcohol-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head. Methods Twenty male patients with alcohol-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head,who were hospitalized in the osteoporosis department from January 2010 to August 2014,aging from 27 to 47 years old (35 ± 6 years), were selected as research group1. Twenty male patients with large amount of alcohol intake but no osteonecrosis of the femoral head,who were collected in the osteoporosis outpatient department,inpatient,or physical examination center at the same time, aging from 23 to 48 years old (36 ±8 years),were selected as research group 2. Twenty male patients without alcohol intake and osteonecrosis of the femoral head, who were also collected in the osteoporosis outpatient department, inpatient, or physical examination center at the same time aging from 24 to 48 years old (36 ± 7 years),were selected as control group. The BMD of L1 - L4,the hip (neck,Torch,and Ward ’ s region was measured using dual energy X—ay absorptiometry (DEXA,HOLOGIC,USA).
