| 目的探讨金天格胶囊治疗低骨量的临床疗效。方法将2012年1月至2013年10月在湖北医药学院附属东风医院 内分泌科住院确诊为低骨量的180例患者纳人本次研究，随机分为A、B两组，每组90人(男45例，女45例），其中50 -59岁 年龄段30例(男12例，女18例），60 -70岁年龄段60例(男33例，女27例）。予A组口服金天格胶囊+碳酸钙D3片、B组 口服碳酸钙D3片治疗，疗程9月，于治疗前后采用AOS~!OONW型干式超声骨密度仪，分别对每位患者进行骨密度测定，观察 两组治疗前后骨密度变化情况。结果用药前A、B两组各年龄段男女骨密度均无明显差异（P >0. 05 )，用药后A组各年龄 段男性与女性骨密度均较用药前明显升高，差异有统计学意义(p <0. 05)，而B组各年龄段男性与女性均较用药前无明显升 高，差异无统计学意义(P >0. 05)。A、B两组各年龄段间血钙、血磷、碱性磷酸酶男性与女性均无明显统计学差异(P >0. 05)。 用药九个月后，A组各年龄段血钙、碱性磷酸酶男性与女性均较用药前明显升高，且差别有统计学意义(p <0.05)。B组各年 龄段血钙、碱性磷酸酶及两组各年龄段血磷在用药前后男性与女性均无明显改变(P >0. 05)。结论金天格胶囊能提高骨密 度，有效促进骨生长，抑制骨吸收，改善低骨量。 |

| Objective To study the efficacy of Jintiange capsule on the treatment of low bone mass. Methods One hundred and eighty patients who were diagnosed low bone mass in the Department of Endocrinology， Affiliated dongfeng hospital of Hubei Medical college from January 2012 to october 2013 were involved in the study. They were randomly divided into group A and B. Each group had 90 people(45 men and 45 women)，including 30 cases of 50 -59 year-old(12 men and 18 women)，and 60 cases of 60-70 year-old(33 men and 27 women). Group A were treated with calcium carbonate D3 tablet with Jintiange capsule. Group B were treated with calcium carbonate D3 tablet only. All patients were treated for 9 months. Bone mineral density were measured Using AOS-L00 NW dry-type ultrasonic bone densitometer. The change of bone mineral density before and after the treatment was observed. Results BMD among all ages of group A and group B before the treatment was no significant difference (P > 0.05). After the treatment， BMD of men and women of all ages in group A was higher than before the treatment， and the diffierence was statistically significant (p < 0. 05). BMD of men and women of all ages in group B after the treatment was not different comparing to that before the treatment (P > 0. 05). No significant difference of serum calcium，phospforus，and alkaline phosphatase between men and women in all ages of group A and group B was found (P > 0. 05). After the treatment，serum calcium and alkaline phosphatase of men and women of all ages in group A were significantly higher than those before the treatment (p <0. 05). Serum calcium and alkaline phosphatase of all ages in group B had no significant change before with after treatment (P > 0.05). Conclusion Jintiange capsule increase BMD，promotes bone growth，inhibits bone resorption，and relieves low bone mass. |
