| 目的 观察左、右归丸及其拆方对去卵巢骨质疏松模型大鼠的影响，比较并探讨其对绝经后骨质疏松症的防治作用。方法 将90只大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、补佳乐组、左归丸组、右归丸组、共同药组、滋阴药组、补阳药组，每组 10只。通过去卵巢制备绝经后骨质疏松症大鼠模型，经12周药物治疗,取大鼠3、4、5节腰椎进行双能X线骨密度检测;称取大鼠子宫湿重，计算子宫指数；通过酶联免疫法检测血清碱性磷酸酶(Alkaline phosphatase. ALP)、骨钙蛋白（Osteocalcin. OC)、 I型前胶原羟基端前肽(Procollagen type I carboxy-terminal propeplide，PICP)表达。结果 与对照组比较，模型组子宫指数、骨密度均有下降,ALP、OC、PICP水平显著升高(P <0. 05);与模型组比较，各治疗组子宫指数、骨密度有所提高,ALP、BGP、PICP 水平有不同程度降低(P <0.05)，其中左归丸效果较好。结论 中医补肾方药对去卵巢骨质疏松大鼠具有防治效果,并在一定程度上可能起到抑制骨吸收,促进骨形成的作用;其中以滋阴补肾，填精益髓的代表方剂左归丸作用更加显著。 |

| Objective To observe the effect of Zuogui pill. Yougui pill. and their disassembled prescriptions on ovariectomized osteoporotic rats, and to compare their preventive and treatment effect on postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods Ninety rats were randomly divided into blank control group, sham operation group, model group, estradiol valerate group,Zuogui pill group,Yougui pill group, drug combination group, nourishing Yin pill group,and tonifying Yang pill group, with 10 rats in each group. Ovariectomy was performed to create the rat osteoporosis model. After 12-week treatment. BMD of the lumbar vertebrae 3,4, and 5 was detected using dual energy X-ay bone densitometry. Wet weight of the rat uterine was weighed, and uterine index was calculated. Serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP), osteocalcin (OC),and procollagen type I carboxy-terminal propeptide (PICP) expression were determined using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results Compared to those in the blank group,ALP,BGP,and PICP increased in model group (P < 0. 05). Compared to those in the model group. the uterus index and BMD increased in each treatment group,and ALP,BGP,and PICP decreased in different extent (P <0.05). The best effect was achieved in Zuogui pill group. Conclusion The Chinese medicine of tonifying kidney recipe has the prevention and treatment effect on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats. It inhibits bone resorption in a certain extent and promotes bone formation. The effect of Zuogui pill is more obvious on nourishing kidney Yin and essencing replenishments. |
