| 目的 探讨唑来膦酸注射液(ZOL)治疗绝经后女性2型糖尿病(T2DM)骨质疏松患者的临床疗效。方法 随机选择在我院内分泌科住院治疗的62例绝经后女性2型糖尿病骨质疏松患者，所有患者均给予唑来膦酸注射液治疗6个月；双能X 线骨密度测定仪测定腰椎L1-4、股骨颈、股骨大转子、华氏三角区;原装进口试剂盒检测血清中骨钙素（BGP)和骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(B-ALP);全自动生化分析仪检测肾功能及血钙、血磷;对比治疗前后腰椎L1-4、股骨颈、股骨大转子、华氏三角区的骨 密度(BMD)及治疗前后血清中血钙(Ca)、血磷(P)、骨钙素(BGP)、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(B-ALP);测定治疗前后视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)。结果 ZOL治疗6个月后，腰椎L1-4、股骨颈、股骨大转子、华氏三角区的BMD均较前明显升高，差异具有统计学意义(P < 0. 05);BGP较治疗前明显升高，差异具有统计学意义(P < 0. 05);B-ALP较治疗前明显降低，差异具有统计学意义(P < 0. 05);血钙（Ca )、血磷(P)保持平稳，无明显变化(P > 0. 05); VAS评分改善明显，差异具有统计学意义（P < 0. 05)。 结论 唑来膦酸注射液(ZOL)治疗绝经后女性2型糖尿病(T2DM)骨质疏松患者疗效确切，值得推广。 |

| Objective To exploring the clinical efficacy of zoledronic acid (ZOL) on the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis in women with type 2 diabetes. Methods Sixty-two postmenopausal women with osteoporosis and type 2 diabetes in the endocrinology department of Mianyang Central Hospital were randomly selected. They were treated with zoledronic acid injection for 6 months. Bone mineral density (BMD) of the lumbar spine，femoral neck，femoral greater trochanter，and Ward’s triangle were detected using dual energy X-ay absorptiometry. BGP and B-ALP were detected using imported kit. Serum Ca and P were detected using automatic biochemical analyzer. The data before and after the treatment were compared. VAS score before and after the treatment was measured. Results BMD of the lumbar spine，femoral neck，femoral greater trochanter，and Ward ’ s triangle increased significantly after 6^nonth treatment (P < 0. 05). The level of BGP increased，but the level of BGP decreased significantly (P < 0. 05). The levels of serum Ca and P had no change (P > 0. 05). The VAS decreased significantly (P< 0. 05). Conclusion The efficacy of ZOL for postmenopausal osteoporosis in women with type 2 diabetes is confirmed and is worth of applying. |
