目的 评判金天格胶囊(JTG)的短期疗效及观察其对骨转化标志物的影响。方法 志愿加人金天格胶囊疗效评估的44名本院职工,按双能X线(DEXA)的检测结果分为骨密度(Bone Mineral Density,BMD)异常组与正常对照组,均连续服用金天格胶囊1个月。用药前后检测骨转化生化指标:总I型胶原氨基端延长肽(PINP)、β胶联降解产物(β-CTX)。疗程结束后,用数字模拟评分法(VAS)评定短期疗效;组内及组间比较采用t检验,比较PINP、β-CTX的变化情况。结果 金天格胶囊治疗后,BMD异常组的酸痛不适症状显著缓解;BMD正常组的PINP、β-CTX与治疗前无明显差异;BMD异常组PINP增加,β-CTX稍减低。结论 金天格胶囊具有双向调节作用,可以在短时间内促进成骨细胞活性,抑制破骨细胞,有助于维持骨形成与骨吸收的动态平衡。 |

Objective To evaluate the short-term efficacy of Jintiange capsules (JTG) and to observe its effect on bone turnover markers. Methods Forty-four volunteers were recruited in JTG efficacy study from our hospital. They were divided into bone mineral density (BMD) abnormal group and normal control group,according to the measurement results using dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA). They all received JTG for 1 month. Biochemical indexes of bone turnover,including procollagen type I intact N-terminal propeptide (PINP) and β-C-terminal telopeptides of type 1 collagen (β-CTX),were measured before and after the treatment. After the treatment,the short-term efficacy was evaluated using visual analogue score (VAS). The changes of PINP and (β-CTX between two groups before and after the treatment were compared using Student ’ s t test. Results After JTG treatment,the symptoms of pain or discomfort in muscles were significantly alleviated. PINP and β-CTX in BMD normal group showed no significant difference comparing with that before the treatment. In BMD abnormal group,PINP increased and β-CTX decreased slightly. Conclusion JTG has dual-directional regulation function. It promotes the activity of osteoblasts,inhibits the activity of osteoclasts, and maintains the dynamic balance of bone formation and bone resorption. |
