| 在日常的骨密度检查中，很少发现骨密度升高的情况且常常被临床医生忽视。并非所有的骨密度升高均有利于骨骼的健康，部分骨密度升高可能导致骨骼脆性增加从而增加骨折的风险，同时可表现出其原发疾病的致命性临床症状。许多因素均可导致骨密度的升高,如局部组织的钙化、肿瘤的骨转移、氟骨病及罕见的遗传性疾病等，给临床医生诊断及治疗带来巨大挑战。虽然目前缺乏对骨密度升高的大规模研究，大多数研究仍停留在个案报道,但近年来对骨密度升高的诊断标准、流行 病学特征、临床表现、原因及管理措施方面仍有较大的进展。 |

| Increase of bone mineral density is rarely found and it has most commonly been ignored by clinicians during daily DXA scan. Not all the high bone mineral density is beneficial to bone health. Part of the increase of bone mineral density may lead to increased bone fragility and risk of the fracture. It also exhibits lethal clinical symptoms of other primary diseases. Many factors lead to the increased of bone mineral density, such as local tissue calcification, tumor bone metastasis, bone fluoride, and rare genetic diseases, which bring great challenges to clinicians in the diagnosis and treatment of high bone mineral density. There are not enough large-scale studies on high bone mineral density and most of the studies are case reports at present. However, the diagnosis criteria,epidemiological characteristics,clinical manifestations, causes and management measures of increased bone mineral density still have a great progress in recent years. |
