| 目的 观察和评价金天格胶囊对慢性精神分裂症患者骨量减少和骨质疏松的疗效。方法 选取北京市西城区平安医院精神科病房慢性精神分裂症患者共病骨量减少或者骨质疏松的患者共59例，随机分为对照组（14例）和观察组（45例），对照组口服碳酸钙治疗，观察组口服金天格胶囊治疗。24w后，通过调查患者的腰背疼痛、腰膝酸软、下肢痿弱等临床症状、观察治疗前后其生化指标和骨密度变化。结果 治疗24w后，患者腰背疼痛，腰膝酸软等临床情况均有所恢复（P<0.01）；两组患者血钙值及骨密度值在治疗后较治疗前均有所升高，自身对照差异有显著性(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)；结论 金天格胶囊对慢性精神分裂症患者的骨质疏松症的治疗有一定效果，同时可以缓解腰膝酸软，腰腿疼痛，下肢痿弱，改善生活质量。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jintiange capsules on the treatment of osteopenia and osteoporosis in patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods A total of 59 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the observation group (45 patients) and the control group (14 patients). Patients in the observation group received Jintiange capsules, while those in the control group received calcium carbonate treatment. The clinical symptoms, biochemical indicators, and bone mineral density (BMD) were compared in the 24 weeks after the treatment. Results After 24 weeks of the treatment, the back pain and weak of the back and the knee relieved in the patients (P<0.01). Serum calcium and BMD increased in the two groups after the treatment comparing to those before the treatment, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). But the difference between the two groups was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Jintiange capsules is effective in the treatment of osteoporosis in patients with chronic schizophrenia. Jintiange capsules reduce pain of the back and knee, relieve the weak of the lower extremities, and improve life of quality in patient with chronic schizophrenia. |
