| 目的 研究绝经后骨质疏松症肾阴虚证与CLCF1、ASBl和PROK2基因蛋白表达的相关性。方法 病例对照方法，中医辨证肾阴虚证组29例,28例健康绝经后妇女为对照组，Western blot法检测外周血CLCF1、ASB1和PROK2蛋白表达水平。 结果 骨质疏松症肾阴虚组CLCF1蛋白表达水平（0.483±0. 151 )明显低于对照组（0.706± 0.255)，P = 0.0001,统计学有非常显著性差异；肾阴虚组ASB1和PROK2蛋白表达与健康对照组比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05>。结论 骨质疏松症肾阴虚证CLCF1蛋白表达水平显著低于健康对照组，骨质疏松症肾阴虚证与CLCF1蛋白下调存在关联。 |

| Objective To investigate the correlation between postmenopausal osteoporosis patients with kidney Yin deficiency and the expression of the genetic proteins CLCF1，ASB1, and PROK2. Methods Case control method was used‘ Kidney Yin deficiency syndrome group had 29 cases. Twenty-eight healthy postmenopausal women were selected in control group. Western blotting was used to detect the expression of the genetic proteins CLCF1, ASB1, and PROK2 in the peripheral blood. Results The CLCFl protein expression level in kidney Yin deficiency group (0.483 ±0. 151) was significantly lower than that in healthy controls (0.706 ± 0.255). Compared with those in the healthy control group, ASB1 and PROK2 protein expression was not different between kidney Yin deficiency group and control group (P>0, 05). Conclusion CLCFl expression is significantly lower in kidney Yin deficiency group than that in healthy control group. Kidney yin deficiency osteoporosis is associated with down- regulation of CLCFl. |
