      目的 观察老年妇女Colles骨折用仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗对血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)及总钙(TCa)、磷(P)的影响,从而评价其临床作用。方法 将124例患者分为治疗组、对照组,每组62例,分别于就诊次日、4周、8周和12周空腹抽血进行ALP、TCa及P等生化指标检测和X线片观察骨痂生长情况。结果 4、8周时治疗组ALP活性高于同时间点对照组(P < 0. 01),12 周时低于对照组;4周时治疗组TCa显著高于同时间点对照组(P <0.01),8周后TCa逐渐低于对照组;4、8周时治疗组P浓度均高于同时间点对照组(P <0.01),12周时基本与对照组相当;8、12周时治疗组X线骨痂评分明显高于同时间点对照组 (P<0.01)。结论 仙灵骨葆胶囊可影响血清ALP、TCa、P的浓度变化,促进骨折区域血液循环改善,实现钙盐的沉积和骨痂形成,从而达到促进骨折愈合的目的。

      Objective To observe the changes of serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP), total calcium (TCa), and phosphorus (P) after the treatment with Xianlinggubao capsule in elderly women with Colles fracture, and to evaluate its clinical efficacy. Methods A total of 124 patients were divided into treatment group and control group, with 62 cases in each group. At the second day, 4- week, 8-week, and 12-week after the treatment, fasting scrum ALP, TCa, and P were detected and the callus growth was observed with X-ray. Results ALP was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group at the 4- and 8-week (P<0. 01),but it was lower at the 12-week than that in the control group. TCa of treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 4-week (P <0. 01) , but it was lower than that in the control group after 8 weeks. P level in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group at 4- and 8-week ( P < 0. 01),and it was similar at 12 weeks. The callus score in X-rav was significantly higher in the treatment group than that in the control group at 4-,8-, and 12-week (P< 0. 01 ). Conclusion Xianlinggubao capsule can affect the serum ALP, TCa, and P, promote the blood circulation of the fracture zone, and stimulate the calcium deposition and callus formation, resulting in promotion of fracture healing.
