| 目的 针对膝骨性关节炎患者应用金天格胶囊，观察和评价其临床疗效。方法 72例病人均经临床症状、体征及X线检查确诊，并随机分为两组：治疗组口服金天格胶囊，对照组口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖（Glucosamine Hydrochloride),疗程12周，期间采用W0MAC评分进行疗效评估，并经6个月门诊随访，采用Lequesne指数评价患者的病情改善状况。结果 治疗12周后，对照组的疼痛缓解及功能恢复情况与治疗组相比差异有统计学意义（P <0.01)，且经随访，治疗组患者病情改善状况更佳 (P<0. 01)。结论 在膝骨性关节炎患者的治疗上，金天格胶囊能够有效缓解疼痛，明显改善关节活动度，提高患者生活质量，临床疗效肯定。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jintiange capsule on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 72 patients were diagnosed according to their clinical symptoms, physical signs，and X-ray examination. They were randomly divided into 2 groups. Patients in the experimental group received oral Jintiange capsule. Patients in the control group received glucosamine hydrochloride. The treatment lasted for 12 weeks. The efficacy was evaluated with WOMAC score during the treatment. The patients were followed up in 6 months using Lequesne index. Results There were significant difference in pain remittance and functional recovery between the two groups after 12-week treatment (P <0. 01). Improvement in the experimental group was better at the end of follow-up (P <0. 01), Conclusion Jintiange capsule effectively relieves pain，enhances activity of the joint, and improves life quality in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee. |
