| 目的 通过观察单纯服用金天格胶囊及金天格胶囊与福美加片联合服用3月、6月后骨质疏松患者的治疗效果及对骨代谢的影响。方法 选取我院2012年至2014年龄在65岁至75岁被诊断为骨质疏松症的老年女性患者共106例，随机分成 2组。对照组：金天格胶囊3粒，每日三次。治疗组：在西药（钙尔奇D片，每日1片，福美加片，每周1片）抗骨质疏松治疗的基础上加用金天格胶囊3粒，每日三次。分别于治疗前后3月、6月行血钙、磷、血清碱性磷酸酶（ALP)、尿钙/肌酐（U-Ca/ Cr)测定，于治疗6月后行BMD测定分析其治疗前后及治疗组与对照组的差异。结果 单用金天格胶囊治疗骨质疏松症，治 疗3月后症状明显减轻。治疗3月后血钙增加，血清碱性磷酸酶（ALP)、尿钙/肌酐（U-Ca/Cr)均减少，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05),血磷水平无明显变化，差异无统计学意义。治疗6月后血钙趋于稳定，与治疗3月后比较无明显增加，差异无统计学意义，治疗6月后血清碱性磷酸酶（ALP)可进一步下降，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P <0.01)。与福美加片联合使用总有效率提高，治疗3月后血钙增加，血清碱性磷酸酶（ALP)、尿钙/肌酐（U-Ca/Cr）均减少，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05)，6 月后血钙与治疗3月后比较也无明显增加（P>0. 05)，血清碱性磷酸酶（ALP)、尿钙/肌酐（U-Ca/Cr)均较治疗前明显减少（P <0. 01)，且治疗组较对照组疗效显著，两组间差异有统计学意义（P <0.05)。6月后复查骨密度（BMD)治疗前后及对照组与治疗组之间均明显增加，差异有统计学意义（P<0. 05)。结论 金天格胶囊治疗骨质疏松疗效显著，能有效地缓解症状，提高骨密度，与西药福美加片联合治疗效果更佳。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and its impact on bone metabolism of Jintiange capsules and the combination of Jintiange capsules and Fumeijia in the treatment of osteoporosis for 3 and 6 months. Methods One hundred and six 65 -75 years old women with osteoporosis in our hospital from 2012 to 2014 were selected. They were randomly divided into 2 groups. Patients in control group received 3 capsules of Jintiange，3 times per day, Patients in treatment group received anti?osteoporosis therapy based on Western medicine (Caltrate D, 1 tablet daily, and Fumeijia, I tablet per week) combined with 3 capsules of Jintiange, 3 times per day. Serum calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase (ALP), and urinary calcium/creatinine (U-Ca/Cr) were measured before and on 3 and 6 months after the treatment. BMD was detected on 6 months after the treatment. The difference between the treatment group and the control group were analyzed. Results The only use of Jintiange capsule in the treatment of osteoporosis resulted in relieving of symptoms significantly in 3 months. After 3 months of treatment, serum calcium increased and serum ALP and urinary Ca/Cr decreased. The difference was statistically significant (P< 0. 05). Serum phosphorus level was not significant changed. After 6 months the serum calcium tended to be stable，and no significant increase compared to that in 3 months. After 6 months treatment the serum ALP further reduced, with statistically significance compared to that before the treatment (P < 0. 01). The efficacy increased when combined use with Fumeijia. After 3 months serum calcium increased, and serum ALP and urinary Ca/Cr decreased. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0. 05). Serum calcium did not increase after 6 months compared to 3 months ( P > 0. 05) , but serum ALP and urinary Ca/Cr significantly decreased ( P < 0. 01). The efficacy in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group (P < 0. 05). BMD significantly increased after 6 months，and the difference was statistically significant (P <0. 05). Conclusion The effect of Jintiange capsule in the treatment of osteoporosis is significant. It can effectively alleviate the symptoms and improve BMD. The efficacy is better when combines with Western medicine Fumeijia. |
