骨质疏松症是以骨量减少、骨微细结构破坏为特征,导致骨脆性增强和骨折危险度增高的代谢性骨骼疾病,.是由于骨形成和骨吸收过程出现动态失衡引起。雌激素受体存在于骨髓基质细胞、成骨细胞、破骨细胞中,在调节骨代谢方面有着重要的作用。PM2 .5又称大气细颗粒物,易附带有毒、有害物质如二噁英等多环芳烃类化合物,可随呼吸通过肺泡进入毛细血管,再进人整个血液循环系统,引发一系列炎症和氧化损伤反应,或可刺激破骨细胞增殖,破坏机体成骨和破骨的平衡调节,或可作为ER的诱导配体,直接或间接地与转录因子相互作用,从而干扰基因的转录,引起或加剧骨质疏松症。 |

Osteoporosis a metabolic bone disease characterized by a reduction of bone mass and fine bone structure destruction, leading to enhanced bone fragility and increased risk of fracture. It is due to the process of dynamic unbalance of bone formation and resorption. The estrogen receptor exists in bone marrow stromal cells,osteoblasts, and osteoclasts,that plays an important role in the regulation of bone metabolism. Atmospheric fine particles known as PM2. 5, are easily attached with toxic and hazardous substances such as dioxins and other polycyclic aromatic compound. They may enter the entire circulatory system through the alveoli into the capillaries with breath, causing a series of inflammatory reactions. They stimulate osteoclast proliferation, damage the balance bone formation and bone resorption. They may also directly or indirectly interact with transcription factors as ER ligand, interfering with gene transcription and causing or aggravating osteoporosis. |
