      随着运动和骨代谢研究的深人,脂联素、瘦素是近年来此类研究的热点。通过文献资料法,对脂联素、瘦素在运动过程 中的变化特点,及其与骨代谢的关系进行综述,探讨在运动过程中脂联素、瘦素与骨量变化的可能机制。发现短时间或一次 性运动对AdipoQ、Leptin与骨代谢的影响较小或较不明显;长时间的运动可能使AdipoQ、Leptin通过作用于OPG/RANK/ RANKL系统,影响成骨和OC表达和分化和/或间接影响内分泌通路影响骨代谢,前者促使破骨效应占优减少骨量,后者促使 成骨效应占优增加骨量。
英文摘要:
      In recent years, study of adiponectin and leptin has become research hotspot as the study of exercise and bone metabolism is getting in depth. In this review,we present an overview on the changes of adiponectin and leptin during exercise and their function in bone metabolism. We try to explore the mechanism of adiponectin and leptin in exercise-induced bone mass change. It has been found that the short time or one time exercise has little or no effect on AdipoQ,leptin,and bone metabolism. The long time exercise influences OC expression and differentiation through the OPG/RANK/RANKL system by leptin and AdipoQ. Bone resorption takes advantage in the former leading to bone loss but bone formation takes advantage in the latter leading to increase of bone mass.
