      过去20年,在分子生物学和基础医学领域对骨质疏松症的研究取得了长足进展。Wnt信号通路在胚胎发育及生命体成长过程中起着关键的调控作用。2001年,基因学研究证实标准的Wnt信号通路在骨骼形成过程中起到关键的调控作用,最近,有报道非经典的Wnt信号通路在骨骼形成过程中有调控作用。由于目前应用调控合成代谢途径预防和治疗骨质疏松症尚无有效的报道。因此,本文主要从Wnt信号通路与骨质疏松症的发病机制及治疗进展的角度展开综述。

      Over the past 20 years, the study of osteoporosis has made considerable progress in the molecular biology and basic medical. Wnt signaling pathway plays a key regulatory role in embryonic development and body growth process. Gene studies in 2001confirm that the standard Wnt signaling pathway plays a key role in regulating bone formation process. It has been reported recently that non-canonical Wnt signaling pathways have a regulatory rule in the bone formation. Currently, the application of synthetic metabolic pathway to prevent and treat osteoporosis has not been reported. Therefore, we summarize the pathogenesis and treatment progress in Wnt signaling pathway and osteoporosis in this paper.
