| 目的 观察双膦酸盐治疗时每日补充800 - 1200 IU维生素D是否可以获得理想的25羟维生素D(250HD)水平。方法 将112例骨质疏松症女性患者根据补充维生素D的剂量分为800 IU组和1200 IU组，在双膦酸盐治疗前和16周时检测血清25OHD，比较治疗前后25OHD的变化和获得理想25OHD水平的患者例数。结果112例患者治疗前25OHD 24.26 ± 7. 98 ng/ml,治疗 16 周时 25OHD 32. 04 ±8. 12 ng/ml。补充维生素 D 800 IU 组治疗后 25OHD 提高 5.08 ±8.35 ng/ml，25OHD >30 ng/ml 患者为 55. 56% ,25OHD≥33 ng/ml 为 38.89% ;补充维生素 D 1200 IU 组治疗后 25OHD 提高 10. 29 ±8.20 ng/ml, 25OHD≥30 ng/ml患者为60. 34% , 25OHD≥ 33 ng/ml为46. 55%。结论 双膦酸盐治疗时每日补充维生素D800 ~ 1200 IU可以显著提高25OHD水平，但仍然约有50%的患者不能达到理想的血清25OHD水平。 |

| Objective To study that the daily supplement of 800 - 1200 IU of vitamin D is enough or not to obtaining ideal 25OHD levels in the biphosphonate therapy for osteoporosis. Methods 112 female patients with osteoporosis were divided into 800 IU group and 1200 IU group according to the doses of vitamin D supplements. Serum 25OHD was checked before and 16 weeks after biphosphonate therapy. The 25OHD levels and the patients with ideal 25OHD were compared before and after biphosphonate therapy. Results 25OHD was 24. 26 ±7，98 ng/ml before the therapy and was 32. 04 ± 8, 12 ng/ml 16 weeks after the therapy. In 800 IU group, 25OHD increased by 5. 08 ±8. 35 ng/ml with 55. 56% patients’ 25OHD≥30 ng/ml,with 38. 89% patients’ 25OHD≥33 ng/ml. In 1200 IU group, 25OHD increased by 10.29 ±8.20 ng/ml with 60. 34% patients’ 250HD≥30 ng/ml, with 46, 55% patients’ 25OHD≥33 ng/mL Conclusion The daily supplements of vitamin D 800 - 1200 IU significantly improved the 25OHD level in the biphosphonate therapy for osteoporosis. But about 50% of the patients still did not achieve the ideal 25OHD levels. |
