      目的 观察黄芪散对糖尿病长期造模大鼠股骨和胫骨的影响。方法180?200g雄性SD大鼠,实验分组为正常组、模型组、给药组,给药组剂量10 ml/kg (前期实验已进行过高中低剂量筛选),一次性低剂量(35 mg/kg)腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ) +高脂饲料(HFD)诱导2型糖尿病(T2DM)模型,造模的同时灌胃黄芪散(HQS),实验进行120天后处死大鼠,对股骨进行材料力学与结构力学的考察,对胫骨进行骨小梁面积百分比、厚度、数目等指标测定。结果 黄芪散能显著提高糖尿病大鼠股骨试件所承受的外力,其骨材料韧性、骨内在硬度、骨脆性上都与模型组有显著差异(P<0.05)。模型组胫骨的骨小梁面积百分数及骨小梁数目显著降低(P<0. 05),而骨小梁分离度显著增加(P <0. 05),骨小梁宽度有减少的趋势(P >0.05),给药组与模型组相比,胫骨骨小梁面积百分数、骨小梁宽度、骨小梁数目均有增大的趋势。结论 黄芪散能显著改善T2DM模型大鼠股骨和胫骨质量,有预防其骨质疏松发生的可能作用。

      Objective This paper was to observe the effects of Huang Qi san (HQS) on diabetic rats femur and tibia The T2DM model was replicated in 180 - 220 g male rats with disposable intraperitoneal injection of 35 mg/ kg STZ and administration of high fat diet. Meantime, HQS was administrated by intragastric gavage, which dosage is 10 ml/ kg (we have done screening test of high middle and low dosage in preliminary work). Rats were executed after 120 days, the fasting blood glucose ( FBG) , total cholesterol ( TC),triglyceride ( TG), skeletal biomechanical properties and bone histomorphometry were investigated. Results HQS can improve the outer forces of diabetic rats skeleton. The toughness of bone material, the interent hardness of bone, bone fragility have significant differences between normal and model groups. Bone trabecula area percentage, width and number have increasing trend in administration group. Conclusion HQS can remarkable improve femur and tibia quality of T2DM rats, have possible effects on preventing osteoporosis.
