| 目的 本研究为探讨骨质疏松症（Osteoporosis OP )患者的血栓弹力图（Thromboelastometry TEG)各指标的变化情况。 方法 选择113例在解放军309医院骨科拟诊为骨质疏松症的患者，采用美国Norland双能X线骨密度检测仪检测腰椎L2- L4、和Neclc、Troch, Ward’s三角区骨密度。用TEG 5000检测仪行凝血分析，对36例骨质疏松患者及39例骨量减少患者的凝血过程与正常健康人38例对照，检测R值、K值、Angle角、MA值、CI值，并对三组间的血栓弹力图各值进行比较。结果 骨质疏松组相比较于正常组R值偏低、CI值偏高且差异有统计学意义（P <0.05)，骨质疏松组R值较骨量减少组偏低，但是差异没有统计学意义，同样在正常组和骨量减少组之间差异也无统计学意义。骨质疏松组CI值较骨量减少组偏高，但是差异没有统计学意义，同样在正常组和骨量减少组之间差异也无统计学意义，余参数值在各组之间的比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 骨质疏松组较正常组呈现高凝状态，TEG可用来观察其凝血状态的变化并为临床诊断和治疗提供参考依据。 |

| Objective This study To analyze the significance of TEG in detecting coagulation function among patients with osteoporosis. Methods 113 cases of clinical suspected osteoporosis patients in the 309 th Hospital of PLA ( Department of Orthopedics)have being included. Bone mineral density of L2- L4、the neck、the troch and the Ward region was measured using dual energy X- ray absorptiometry ( DEXA, Norland, USA). The complete processes of coagulation in 36 cases of patients with osteoporosis and 39 cases of patients with osteopenia were detected by TEG 5000 and compared with 38 normal cases to investigate the coagulation status，the parameters of R value、K value、angle A value、MA value and CI value between the three groups were compared. Results The count of R was significantly lower and CI was significantly higher in osteoporosis patients compared with normal cases(P <0. 05)，the R value in osteoporosis group was lower than that in the osteopenia group,but there was no statistical significance (also between the nomal group and the osteopenia group)，The CI value in osteoporosis group was higher than that in the osteopenia group,but there was no statistical significance (P >0.05) (also between the nomal group and the osteopenia group)， The other parameters had no difference between each group. Conclusion The osteoporosis patients were at hyper-coagulation status, TEG could be used to detect early coagulation function of the osteoporosis patients and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
