| 目的 评价金天格胶囊治疗女性绝经后骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法 选择绝经后骨质疏松症患者86例,采用随机、对照试验设计,分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组52例,应用金天格胶囊,对照组34例,应用阿仑磷酸钠。结果 治疗组在疼痛控制上明显优于对照组，两组在骨代谢指标包括雌二醇（E2)、甲状旁腺素（PTH)、总25-羟维生素D(VitDtl)、血清总I型胶原氨基端延长肽（T-PINP)、N-端骨钙素（N-MID)和胶原特殊序列（β-Cross)观测结果上无明显差异。结论 金天格胶囊治疗绝经后骨质疏松症效果优于阿仑磷酸钠，值得临床推荐。 |

| Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Jintiange capsule on the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods Eighty-six cases of postmenopausal osteoporosis were selected. They were divided into two groups：34 cases in the control group treated with 70 mg alendronate weekly and 52 cases in the treatment group treated with two capsules of Jintiange twice a day. Results The pain control was better in the treatment group than in the control group. There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the changes of the bone metabolic indexes including E2, PTH, VitDtl, T-PINP, N-MID, and β-Cross. Conclusion The efficacy of Jintiange capsules is better than alendronate in postmenopausal osteoporosis. Jintiange capsule is worthy to recommend in clinical practices. |
