      低钠血症是临床最常见的电解质紊乱,以往认为低钠血症的影响主要表现在神经系统及认知功能方面,但越来越多的流行病学及临床病例研究发现低钠血症与骨质疏松之间存在相关性,多数学者研究表示低钠血症可通过多种渠道影响骨代谢,导致骨质疏松的发生,但也有部分学者认为低钠血症与骨质疏松之间或许并无直接关系。本文对低钠血症与骨质疏松的相关性进行综述研究,旨在进一步探讨低钠血症与骨质疏松的相关性、可能的机制及其临床价值。
英文摘要:
      Hyponatremia is the most common electrolyte disorder in the clinic. It is used to believe that its main affection is on the neurological and neurocognilive deficits. Now more and more epidemiologic and clinical studies reveal the correlation between hyponatremia and osteoporosis and show that hyponatremia can induce osteoporosis through different channels affecting bone metabolism. But some scholars believe that there is no direct relationship between hyponatremia and osteoporosis. The emerging correlation between hyponatremia and osteoporosis is reviewed in this paper,aiming to further reveal the relationship between hyponatremia and osteoporosis and to explore the possible mechanism and clinical value.
