      成骨细胞作为骨组织中的应力感受及效应细胞,在骨的生长、修复和改建中发挥重要作用,因此,研究不同应力刺激对成骨细胞的影响及其机制具有重要意义。成骨细胞在机体内可受到牵张力、流体剪切力及压应力等多种应力作用,目前对各种应力环境下成骨效应的研究也逐渐增多。本文就近年来不同应力刺激对成骨细胞功能的影响、成骨细胞对外力刺激的应答及信号传导通路等方面作一综述。
英文摘要:
      Osteoblasts, being the stress feeling and targeting cells, play an important role in the growth, repair, and remodeling of the bone. Therefore, it is important to study the effect and mechanism of different stress stimulation on the osteoblast. The mechanical stimulation loaded on osteoblast can be tension, fluid shear stress, and compressive stress. The study of bone effect under various stress conditions is gradually increasing. This paper reviews the research progress in the effect of different stress stimulation to the function of the osteoblast, the response of the osteoblast to the external force, and the signal transduction pathway involved in the process.
