| 目的 观察强骨饮对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)后的临床疗效。方法 将 90 例骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者随机分为两组，所有患者均行 PKP 手术治疗，术后对照组每日服用碳酸钙 D3 片每日 1 次，每次 1片，治疗组在此基础上每日加服强骨饮颗粒冲剂，每日 2 次，每次 1 袋，均服用 12 个月。分别于术前、术后 6 个月、术后 12 个月测定两组患者腰椎骨密度值、血清骨转换指标(PINP、S-CTX)、VAS 评分、ODI 评分及 1 年内椎体再骨折发生率等指标。结果 治疗组与对照组术后 6 个月及 12 个月腰椎骨密度值比较，差异有统计学意义(P ＜ 0. 05);治疗组腰椎骨密度值组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P ＜0. 05)。治疗组与对照组术后 6 个月及 12 个月血清 PINP 和 S-CTX 的含量比较，差异有统计学意义(P ＜0. 05);治疗组血清 PINP 和 S-CTX 的含量组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P ＜ 0. 05)。治疗组术后 6 个月及 12 个月VAS 和 ODI 评分下降明显，与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义(P ＜0. 05)。两组共有 11 例患者发生椎体再次骨折，再骨折率为 12. 9%，其中治疗组 2 例(4. 8%)，对照组 9 例(20. 9%)，差异有统计学意义(P ＜0. 05)。结论 强骨饮可增加患者骨密度，降低骨转换速率，改善腰背部疼痛及日常生活能力，有效降低椎体再次骨折发生率。 |

| Objective To observe the efficacy of tonic bone decoction on the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCF) after percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP)． Methods Ninety OVCF patients were randomly divided into two groups． All the patients received PKP． The patients in control group received one tablet of Caltrate D tablets per day for consecutive 12 months． On the base of the control group，the patients in the treatment group received one bag of tonic bone decoction twice a
day for consecutive 12 months． BMD of the lumbar vertebrae，markers of bone turnover (PINP，S-CTX)，VAS score，and ODI score were detected before the operation and 6，12 months after the operation． The rate of recurrent vertebral fractures in a year was recorded． Ｒesults BMD of the lumbar vertebrae in the treatment group was significantly different comparing to those in the control group 6 and 12 months after the operation (P ＜ 0. 05)． There was significant difference of the BMD within the treatment group (P ＜0. 05)． The serum PINP and S-CTX between the 2 groups were significantly different on 6 months and 12 months after the operation (P ＜ 0. 05)． The VAS score and the ODI score of the treatment group decreased significantly after the operation compared to those in the control group (P ＜0. 05)． There were 11 cases of refracture in a year after the operation，and the rate of
recurrent vertebral fractures was 12. 9%． There were 2 cases of refracture (4. 8%) in the treatment group，and 9 cases (20. 9%) in the control group，and the difference was significant (P ＜ 0. 05)． Conclusion The tonic bone decoction increases BMD of the lumbar vertebrae，reduces bone turnover rate，alleviates the pain，improves the ability of daily life，and reduces the rate of recurrent vertebral fractures effectively． |
