| 骨折发生后的初始炎症反应过程在骨折愈合中起着至关重要的作用，但长期的炎症则抑制骨折修复。免疫细胞及其细胞因子对骨折愈合的影响机制仍不清楚。某些细胞因子能促进成骨，而其他则抑制骨折愈合。基于间充质干细胞（mesenchymal stem cells ,MSCs）的细胞疗法是一种新型、微创和前沿的增强骨折修复方法。MSCs不仅分化成骨，而且通过各种机制施加于免疫细胞调节作用。本文就MSCs在骨折愈合过程中的应用及MSCs与免疫细胞的相互作用最新进展予以综述，为骨折愈合的进一步研究提供依据。 |

| The initial inflammatory response process occurred after fractures plays an important role on fracture healing, but long-term inflammation inhibits fracture repair. Immune cells and cytokines influence fracture healing, but the mechanism remains unclear. Some cytokines can promote osteogenesis, while others inhibit fracture healing. Cell therapy is a new, minimally invasive and advanced method to enhance fracture repair. It based on mesenchymal stem cells (mesenchymal stem cells, MSCs). Not only MSCs differentiate into bone, they also have regulation effect on immune cells through a variety of mechanisms. This paper aims to summarize the latest progress on the application of MSCs to bone healing process and the interaction between MSCs and immune cells, with the aim to provide basis for further research on fracture healing. |
