| 目的 通过调查老年男性骨质疏松症（OP)患者的药物治疗现状，来寻找提高老年男性OP患者药物治疗率的方法。方法 对478例老年（≥70岁）男性进行问卷调查和骨密度检测，并调查OP患者的用药情况，然后进行统计分析。结果 老年男性OP发病率高达25. 31% ,但OP患者的药物治疗率仅为18. 48%。医患双方OP防治知识欠缺，老年男性OP患者用药依从性低、治疗药物匮乏。结论 老年男性OP患者药物治疗率很低，而加强OP防治知识的宣教，提髙OP患者的用药依从性,不断丰富抗OP的药物种类，可能是目前提高老年男性OP患者药物治疗率的主要方法。 |

| Objective To investigate the current status of drug treatment of osteoporosis in elderly men, and to find a way to increase the efficacy of osteoporosis treatment. Methods A total of 478 elderly men (≥70 years old) were investigated by questionnaire survey and bone mineral density test. The current status of drug treatment in elderly osteoporotic men was investigated and analyzed. Results Osteoporosis was found in 25. 31% of the elderly men. However, the rate of drug treatment was only 18. 48% . Both doctors and patients lacked of knowledge of osteoporosis prevention, and the medication adherence and availability of therapeutic drugs for elderly osteoporotic men were poor. Conclusion The probable way to improve the rate of drug treatment in elderly osteoporotic men is to strengthen publicity and education of knowledge, to improve medication adherence, and to enrich the anti-osteoporosis drugs. |
