      维生素D3是自然存在的脂溶性维生素,属类固醇激素。在人类多种组织细胞中均有维生素D受体(VDR)的表达。维生素D3对人体具有重要生理作用,参与免疫应答、细胞生长、分化、凋亡等生理和病理学过程。它的作用主要是对骨骼,是骨代谢重要的调节激素。对皮肤组织、骨骼肌、免疫系统、神经组织、心血管、生殖器官等也具有重要作用。深人研究维生素D, 与人类疾病发生的机制,研究维生素D3缺乏导致的骨质疏松及其与维生素D3代谢相关疾病的预防、治疗具有重要的、深远的意义。本文综述了维生素D3的生理作用、流行病学研究、维生素D3与骨质疏松的关系及临床研究前景。
英文摘要:
      Vitamin D3was a naturally fat-soluble vitamin, belong to steroid hormone. Vitamin D receptor (VDR) was expressed in a variety of human organizations and cells. Vitamin D3 played an important physiological role in the human body and participated in physiological and pathological processes such as immune response, cell growth, differentiation and apoptosis. Its role was mainly on the bone, was an important regulatory bone metabolism hormone, had an important role on the skin tissue, skeletal muscle, immune system, nerve tissue, cardiovascular, reproductive organs, and so on. It had an important and far-reaching significance in-depth study of vitamin D3 and the mechanism of human disease, and the study of osteoporosis caused by vitamin D3 deficiency,and the prevention, treatment of vitamin D3 metabolism-related diseases. This article reviewed the physiological effects of vitamin D3, epidemiological studies, the relationship between vitamin D3 and osteoporosis and clinical research prospects.
