| 目的 观察中药药膳联合八段锦功能锻炼对寻常型银屑病骨质疏松患者的临床疗效。方法 将66例患者随机分为两组，对照组(33例)给予中药药膳治疗，试验组(33例)给予中药药膳联合八段锦治疗，采用MYRIAB双能X射线骨密度测量仪，于治疗前后测量腰椎，尺骨远端及桡骨远端骨密度。采用酶联免疫法检测两组患者骨形成指标：骨钙素(BGP)，骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)；骨吸收指标：抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶-5b(TRACP-5b)，血清I型胶原交联C端肽(β-CTX)，于治疗前及治疗后各检测1次。并采用骨质疏松症状评分表对患者的骨质疏松症状进行评价。6个月后进行比较。结果 治疗后，试验组患者骨密度水平明显高于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)；试验组患者骨形成指标血清骨钙素(BGP)，骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)较对照组患者高，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)，骨吸收指标抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶-5b(TRACP-5b)，血清I型胶原交联C端肽(β-CTX)较对照组患者低，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)；临床症状改善方面试验组患者效果明显优于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 中药药膳联合八段锦功能锻炼可以有效提高寻常型银屑病骨质疏松症患者骨密度，并能有效缓解患者的临床症状。 |

| Objective To observe the efficacy of medicated diet combined with eight-section brocade (Baduanjin) on psoriasis vulgaris patients with osteoporosis. Methods Sixty-six patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group (33 cases, treated with traditional Chinese medicine medicated diet) and the test group (33 cases, treated with traditional Chinese medicine medicated diet combined with eight-section brocade). Bone mineral density (BMD) was measured using MYRIAB dual energy X ray instrument, BMD of the lumbar spine and distal ulna and distal radius was measured before and after the treatment. Bone formation index osteocalcin (BGP), bone specific alkaline phosphatase (BALP) and bone resorption index acid resistant acid phosphatase-5b (TRACP-5b), serum type I collagen cross linking C terminal peptide (beta-CTX) were detected using enzyme linked immunoassay before and after the treatment. Osteoporosis symptom was evaluated after.6 months with the osteoporosis symptom score. Results After the treatment, BMD in the experimental group increased significantly than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Bone formation index BGP and BALP in the test group were higher that those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.01). Bone resorption markers TRACP-5b and beta-CTX were lower in the test group than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). The release of clinical symptom in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Chinese medicine diet combined with eight-section brocade functional exercise can improve BMD in psoriasis vulgaris patients with osteoporosis, and can effectively alleviate the clinical symptom. |
