最近越来越多的证据显示骨质疏松与氧化应激有关,而腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)的激活是氧化应激条件下成骨细胞调节的一条重要机制。其调节途径可能与成骨细胞内NADPH(还原型辅酶II )的合成、ATP数量的变化、细胞自噬及凋亡相关。AMPK的激活对保护成骨细胞抵抗氧化应激可能发挥着重要作用。本文就AMPK的结构和功能、对氧化应激条件下成骨细胞的影响作一综述,并分析AMPK通路作为骨质疏松症潜在靶点的可能性。 |

Recently, more and more evidence has shown that osteoporosis is associated with oxidative stress. Activation of AMP activated protein kinase (AMPK) is an important mechanism for the regulation of osteoblasts under oxidative stress. The regulation pathways may be related to the synthesis of NADPH, changes in the number of ATP, cell autophagy, and apoptosis. The activation of AMPK may play an important role in protecting osteoblasts against oxidative stress. In this paper, the structure and function of AMPK, and the effect of osteoblasts under oxidative stress are reviewed. The possibility of AMPK pathway as a potential target for osteoporosis is analyzed. |
