      目的 探讨递增负荷功率自行车运动对骨质疏松症患者骨密度的影响。方法 将2013年1月至2014年1月文山市第一人民医院骨外科收治的60例骨质疏松症患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组(30例),观察组(30例),对 照组给予常规自行车运动治疗,观察组在功率自行车(日本COMBI功率自行车)上分别采用3 min递增法、1 min递增法和线性递增法进行运动负荷递增运动,40 min/d,3个月后比较两组患者骨密度及骨代谢情况。结果 观察组治疗3个月后L1-4的 BMD 为(1.23 ±0.03)g/cm2,左侧股骨颈的 BMD 为(1. 01 ± 0. 02 ) g/cm2,明显优于对照组的(1. 13 ± 0. 01 ) g/cm2、 (0. 94 ± 0. 01)g/cm2,差异具有统计学意义P <0. 01。观察组治疗后髋部的BMD为(0. 70 ±0. 17) g/cm2,腰椎正位的BMD为(0. 95 ± 0.28)g/cm2,明显优于对照组的(0.62±0. 12) g/cm2, (0. 84 ±0. 10) g/cm2,差异具有统计学意义P < 0. 05。结论 递增负荷功率自行车运动对于治疗老年人骨质疏松症有明显疗效,能有效提高患者的骨密度,促进骨吸收,对缓解骨质疏松症患者的症状和预防骨折具有良好的作用,为临床医师治疗骨质疏松症提供理论依据,值得临床广泛推广。

      Objective To explore the effect of incremental cycle ergometer exercise on bone mineral density in patients with osteoporosis. Methods 60 cases of osteoporosis presented to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were recruited as the research subjects, and were assigned to the control group and observation group. The control group was given conventional bicycle exercise therapy, and the observation group incremental cycle ergometer exercise therapy. Bone mineral density and bone metabolism were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, after treatment, the L1-L4 BMD (1. 23 ±0. 03) g/cm2 and left femoral neck BMD (1. 01±0. 02) g/cm2 were significantly better than those of the control group( 1. 13 ±0. 01) g/cm2 and (0.94 ±0.01) g/cm2, respectively, the differences were statistically significant, P < 0.01. After treatment, the observation group’s hip bone mineral density was (0. 70 ±0. 17) g/cm2,and the lumbar spine bone density was (0. 95 ±0. 28) g/cm2, significantly better than those of the control group (0. 62 ±0. 12) g/cm2 and (0. 84±0. 10) g/cm2,respectively, the differences were statistically significant, P <0.05. Conclusion The clinical effect of incremental cycle ergometer exercise in treating senile osteoporosis is significant, which effectively promoted bone mineral density and bone absorption in patients, and could have good effect on the prevention of fracture.
