| 目的 基于中医传承辅助平台系统软件，分析中国期刊全文数据（CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库中以中医药治疗骨质疏松症的组方用药规律。方法 筛选CNKI、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库上中医药治疗骨质疏松症的文献，建立方剂数据库，方剂录人中医传承辅助平台，采用软件集成的数据进行挖掘方法，对筛选出的方剂进行组方规律分析。结果 筛选出治疗骨质疏松症的方剂168首，涉及中药135味；确定处方中药物出现的频次、常用药对及组合，并演化得到新处方10张。结论 CNKI、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库中收录中药治疗骨质疏松症的方剂以补肾强骨，健脾疏肝，活血化瘀、补血益气为主，为中医药临床靶向治疗骨质疏松症提供了依据。 |

| Objective To analyze the prescription rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis based on TCM inheritance support system software platform, using the Chinese journal full text database ( CNKI) , Wanfang database，VIP database, and China biomedical literature database. Methods The literatures of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of osteoporosis in CNKI, Wanfang database, VIP database, and Chinese biomedical literature database were screened. A database for prescription was established. The prescription was recorded in the heritage of Chinese medicine auxiliary platform. The screened prescription composition rules were analyzed using software integration of data mining methods. Results 168 prescriptions were selected for the treatment of osteoporosis, involving 135 kinds of Chinese medicine. The frequency of the prescription and the commonly used drug and the combination were confirmed. 10 new prescriptions were obtained. Conclusion The prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of osteoporosis in CNKI, Wanfang database, VIP database, China biomedical literature database mainly focus on tonifying kidney and strengthening bone, soothing liver and invigorating spleen，promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and tonifying blood and benefiting Qi. Our study provides the basis of TCM for the clinical target treatment of osteoporosis. |
