目的 分析骨密度和血糖、血脂及血尿酸水平的相关性。方法 选择在本院体检的无基础疾病的健康人群,询问患者病史,测量身高、体重,计算体重指数。空腹采集肘静脉血,采用全自动生化分析仪检测:空腹血糖、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血尿酸。测定骨密度(BMD),测定部位为:股骨颈(左侧)。结果 血尿酸、血糖及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平在骨质疏松组高于骨量减少组及骨量正常组;血糖、血尿酸与骨密度T值呈相关关系(P值均<0.05;相关系数分别为–0.35,–0.49),进一步的多元线性回归分析显示,血尿酸、空腹血糖均是影响骨密度的危险因素,且空腹血糖对骨密度的影响较大。结论 空腹血糖、血尿酸升高是中老年人群骨密度下降的危险因素。 |

Objective To analyze the correlation between bone density and blood glucose, blood lipids and blood uric acid levels. Methods Healthy individuals who attended physical examination in our hospital and did not have basic diseases were enrolled into this study. Data collected include patients’ medical history, height and weight. Body mass index was calculated. Fasting blood samples were collected for the measurements of fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and blood uric acid using automatic biochemical analyzer. Femoral neck BMD was measured using Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry bone densitometer. Results The levels of blood uric acid, blood glucose and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were higher in the osteoporosis group than the low bone density and the normal bone density groups. Bone density T-score negatively correlated with fasting blood glucose and blood uric acid (all p<0.05, correlation coefficient was -0.35 and -0.49, respectively). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that blood uric acid and fasting blood glucose were risk factors for lower bone density, and the association with fasting blood glucose was stronger than blood uric acid. Conclusions Fasting blood glucose and blood uric acid were risk factors for lower bone density in middle aged and elderly population. |
