| 目的 观察淫羊藿总黄酮联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis, KOA)的临床疗效及对血清 IL-1β、TNF-α水平的影响。方法 对我院2014年8月至2015年8月收治102例 KOA患者临床资料及治疗效果进行回顾性分析，依据治疗方案将其分成对照组和治疗组，每组51例，均给予硫酸氨基葡萄糖、膝关节锻炼等常规治疗，治疗组同时给予淫羊藿总黄酮治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效和 Lequesne 评分及VAS评分改善情况，检测治疗前后两组患者的血清 IL-1β 和 TNF-α 水平，并观察和比较两组不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后治疗组Lequesne 评分及VAS评分较对照组降低更加明显(P＜0.05)；治疗后治疗组血清 IL-1β 和 TNF-α 水平较治疗前明显减少(P＜0.05)；治疗组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 淫羊藿总黄酮联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗能够对 KOA 炎症有明显的抑制作用，缓解病情。 |

| Objective To observe the effect of epimedium total flavone combined with glucosamine sulfate on knee osteoarthritis (KOA) and the levels of serum IL-1β and TNF-α. Methods Clinical data and curative efficacy were retrospectively analyzed in 102 KOA patients from August 2014 to August 2015. The patients were divided into control group (n=51) and treatment group (n=51) according to therapeutic methods. All patients received glucosamine sulfate, knee joint exercise, and other routine treatments. Patients in the treatment group also received epimedium total flavone at the same time. The efficacy, Lequesne score, and VAS score were compared between the 2 groups. Levels of serum IL-1β and TNF-α in 2 groups were detected before and after the treatment. The adverse reaction was observed and compared between the 2 groups. Results After treatment, Lequesne score and VAS score were significantly lower in the treatment group than those in control group (P<0.05). The levels of serum IL-1β and TNF-α were significantly lower after the treatment than those before the treatment in the treatment group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Epimedium total flavone combined with glucosamine sulfate obviously inhibits inflammation due KOA, and relieves the disease. |
