      Foxc2属于叉头框转录因子家族,在骨组织和脂肪组织中均有表达。以往研究发现,Foxc2在颅颌面及中轴骨的发育过程中发挥着重要的作用,过表达Foxc2在促进间充质组织成骨分化的同时抑制了成脂分化,促进骨组织形成。在脂肪组织中, Foxc2的表达水平与热量摄人密切相关,改变Foxc2的表达水平可诱导脂肪组织的转化,影响机体能量代谢。鉴于Foxc2在骨组织形成和脂肪组织转化中的重要调节作用,本文将针对Foxc2在其中的调控机制研究进行综述,以期为相关疾病的治疗及后续研究提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Foxc2,belonging to the transcription factors family of forkhead box,is expressed in both bone tissue an adipose tissue. Previous researches revealed that Foxc2 played a vital role in the development of maxillofacial and axial bones. Additionally,overexpression of Foxc2 promoted the osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal tissue and inhibited the adipogenesis simultaneously,which consequently enhanced osteogenesis. The expression level of Foxc2 in adipose tissue was highly relevant to caloric intake and changes of the expression level would induce transformation of adipose tissue and alteration of energy metabolism. Due to such important regulatory role of Foxc2 in osteogenesis and transformation of adipose tissue,this review mainly concentrates on the regulatory mechanism of Foxc2 in the aforementioned process. This work here is aimed to provide references for the treatment of related diseases and future researches.
