      近年来,越来越多的研究证实高盐摄人除了导致高血压,还会影响骨代谢过程。而机体的水盐代谢主要受肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统调节,亦有研究发现该系统具有参与调节骨代谢的作用。本文综述近年来对高盐/肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统影响骨代谢及其机制的相关研究,旨在揭示水盐代谢与骨代谢相关性的理论依据。
英文摘要:
      In recent years,more and more studies confirm that high salt intake may not only lead to hypertensive,but also affect bone metabolism. Renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system ( RAAS) plays an important role in regulation of water and salt metabolism,as well as in regulation of bone metabolism. This review focuses on the effects of high salt-intake and RAAS on bone metabolism and its mechanism, in order to provide theoretical basis for the correlation between water and salt metabolism and bone metabolism.
